    Amarkantak Range Premium Bauxite

    The Bauxite found throughout the Amarkantak Range is a gibbsite ore, an aluminium hydroxide requiring lower temperatures and lower pressures for alumina refining. These lower energy requirements represent considerably lower energy costs making Amarkantak Range bauxite a premium product.

    Amarkantak range Bauxite is also extremely low in reactive silica requiring lower caustic soda use for greater liberation of alumina again reducing refining costs. The Bauxite in this region is found at or near surface levels between two to seventeen meters deep, requiring low cost effective mining. The Bauxite tenements belong to the company have reserves to the tune of more than 500 million Tons of metal grade And refractory grade of Bauxite.
